New View Of Star Wars
After watching the making of Star Wars film in class, I found myself looking at the films in a new way. I had absolutely no idea just how much went into them. Although it does make sense to me that people were skeptical of the film, considering how strange the concept was, it was surprising that basically the entire cast and crew, except Lucas of course, thought of the film almost as a joke. Also, there was the fact that the production was a complete disaster in nearly every way possible. If Lucas had not been so determined to create the films, then I believe that they would of shut the film down the first chance they got.
This makes me wonder just how many iconic films throughout time have gone through almost disastrous processes, just like Star Wars did.
I can also connect my new view of Star Wars to Coraline and Paranorman. After watching the process of how they made Paranorman and Coraline, I watched both films in a completely new way. The amount of work that goes into these films is astounding and although we may think we know how much goes into them, seeing the process still comes as a bit of a shock.

I agree, I knew the creation of the franchise was insane but didn't really knew what it entailed. Really like how they thought it was going to be a flop and how nothing worked out, now its one of the most famous series of all time.
